Neu3 Mission

At Neu3, intense PT services are provided to those with neurological injuries and conditions that challenge the notion that functional recovery isn’t possible, and combats limitations placed on them. We believe recovery requires intense, consistent work, but is possible.

About Neu3

At Neu3, we believe recovery is possible! Science tells us our nervous systems are neuroplastic which means, they can change, they can learn, they can recover. Neuroplasticity requires specific conditions: high intensity, consistency, and repetition. Neu3 strives to challenge boundaries of recovery deemed achievable imposed by our healthcare system and traditional rehab settings. Our untraditional methods make for sessions that are challenging, creative and effective, so come ready to work towards the progress you’d like to see!

Hello! Jon Crais here! Yes, I’ve finally found her! I’ve been searching for many years! I have finally found the DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy), Maya Harris, the brilliant and out-of-the box thinker who challenges me to my core…literally! I’m an active TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) who has been in a wheelchair due to a car accident almost 12 years ago. With Maya’s knowledge and my tenacity, we make a perfect team! Maya brings much encouragement and hope to each session. With that being said, I believe, I will once again walk independently! Hey! Let’s not forget the best Tech in the city, the one and only, Preston! He’s the one that keeps this well oiled machine operating to perfection! I love the fullness of each therapy session from the upbeat music to the extraordinary expertise! I love Neu3 and know you will, too!

My name is Mason and I was in a car accident on May 16, 2025. My T12 shifted into my spinal cord and my L1 was left shattered. I was told I would never regain motor below my hips and would not walk again. Through Maya's grit and determination in pushing me to my maximum limits along with the time of healing I have regained more movement than some doctors thought was ever possible. Maya will push you to limits you never knew existed. She is determined on getting you where you need to be. I am so grateful for Neu3 and its efforts to help me meet my goals. Every day there is noticeable improvement through hard vigorous therapy that is so worth it. Maya and her team are always encouraging and pushing you to your maximum efforts. Neu3 will get you where you need to be!!!!

To say that I have struck physical therapy gold would be the understatement of the century. Lots of PT company websites and associated PT’s will tell you that they know how to work with and/or treat neurological injuries and it turns out to just not be true. It is however, very apparent from day 1 that the team at Neu-cube has an immense understanding of the body, the muscle groups, and how neurological connections work. There is no copy and paste or rinse and repeat physical therapy here. It has been absolutely clear that every one of my sessions has been designed and tailored specifically to fit my needs. Maya has approached every session with a precise game plan that not only utilizes every minute that you are with her but additionally pushes my body in a way that surprises me every time. Her approach is unconventional in the best way possible. Both Maya and Preston are stern when it comes to ensuring that I am putting in the max effort to get the max results while simultaneously being genuinely encouraging when I need it most. The team has a way of pushing me to the edge while also affirming that I am safe at all times. Neu cube and their unparalleled style of physical therapy has made an unmatched impact on my life and my recovery and for that I am forever grateful.

Frequently Ask Questions!

Does Neu3 accept insurance?

No, we do not.

Neurologic recovery requires highly intense, repetitive activities. Given the intensity and non-traditional manner in which therapy is conducted at Neu3, we want to ensure our clientele is medically stable for physical therapy of higher intensity on a more consistent basis.

A DEXA Bone Density Scan is required for therapists to be informed and best able to maintain a safe environment when planning interventions particularly given that prolonged wheelchair use (common in our target population) increases risk of low bone density and thus fracture risk

All care plans are individualized for each client. Though a diagnosis may be the same, no 2 presentations are the same, therefore care plans are established after being evaluated by a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Suggested frequency of sessions for each individual will be determined on a 1:1 basis with PT and client/caregiver following initial evaluation.

All therapy sessions are 1-hour, one on one with a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant.

Formal re-evaluations are conducted every 3 months during which goals are reassessed and plan of care is adjusted accordingly. Informal reassessments are conducted each session and documented in each client’s chart.

Limited-time package pricing will be advertised intermittently throughout the year. Be on the look out!
